To submit your abstract for the 2026 NRL Workshop, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Abstract Length — We encourage keeping abstracts under 300 words where possible.
  2. Authors and Affiliations — List full names of all authors with their institutional affiliations. Clearly indicate the presenting author.
  3. Language — Abstracts must be submitted in English. Proofreading is strongly encouraged prior to submission.
  4. Submission Process — Submit your abstract via the Abstract portal. You will be notified within two weeks whether your abstract has been accepted, rejected, or requires revisions.
  5. Deadlines
    • All invited and sponsored speakers are required to submit their abstract by 1 June.
    • All presentation slides and abstract files must be uploaded to the speaker portal by 1 July.
    • Meeting this deadline ensures we can accurately finalise and distribute the Workshop Program.
